Shipping policy

All orders are shipped frozen in insulated packaging.

We offer standard and expedited shipping. However, because Jar Joy desserts are perishable, we try to limit the amount of time that your order spends on a delivery truck. So, depending on where you live, standard shipping may not be available.

It's important to remember that the shipping time associated with different shipping methods, (for example, 2-day shipping), represents actual time in-transit from our factory to you. It does not factor in any time for order processing and preparation. That means that your order will take longer to arrive than the estimated in-transit time.

We ship standard Ground shipment orders Monday and Tuesday. Expedited orders are shipped Monday through Thursday to ensure delivery of your desserts in premium condition.
